YES. They are freely available for anyone to download for personal and educational use. They can be freely circulated. The only restriction is that there must be ABSOLUTELY NO COMMERCIAL EXPLOITATION.

For the last 50 years I have volunteered in one form or another to help local groups, community-wide groups and even groups abroad through offering my time, expertise, skills and advice.
Now in retirement, I find I can continue volunteering by offering ‘Free Books’, my free books. Therefore I 100% disagree with Milton Friedman’s quote – as I perceive my volunteering as offering ‘free lunches’ because I did NOT wish to have anything back in return.
My story is that, through volunteering, I have recently written and self-published 3 new books myself, and there are still more in the pipeline. And it was whilst penning these new books (in 2022 and 2023) that I remembered the ones I had written, and had published the hard way, in the early 2000s whilst a practising psychotherapist and trainer.
I remember how much I enjoyed researching for these original published books and realised that the information in them is still 99% current today and just might be of interest to those interested in such topics. So, I decided to update and self-publish them – with the help of an ebook app and my hubby. Each of my books on this site are available in both epub and pdf format.
Yes. I plan more, particularly in the ‘Adventure’ and ‘Self Growth’ categories.
I am not a ‘tech’ expert and can’t claim to have fully researched the field of e-readers and so don’t want to say what I think are the ‘best’. Roger has written a blog describing our own choices, which you can read by clicking here.
NO!! They were never intended to be self-training manuals. They were originally written as ‘aide memories‘ to accompany my training sessions, which went into much greater depth. The books will give you an introductory overview of the subject, which may help you personally, but should not be applied to any third party. They do not provide a qualification or any form of certification.
